RTDA bureau is expanding the geography of its projects and is starting to work in Khakassia with Russian largest aluminum producer - RUSAL.

In 2021 RUSAL's housing program acquired a new format. The company has made a decision to build its own construction for employees of high-quality residential areas "RUSAL Minipolis".

There will be residential buildings of no more than 8 floors, schools, kindergartens, playgrounds and sports grounds, recreation areas, landscaping and other facilities for comfortable staying.
