On September 25, the Head of the Nalchik Administration Taymuraz Akhokhov met with the General Director of RTDA Marina Lepeshkina. RTDA won a tender for the elaboration of a functional program and a territory development plan of Nalchik. This development strategy is as part of the packages of measures aimed at reviving the federally significant resort and increasing the tourist flow. Our experts are invited to prepare an urban planning concept for the development of the Nalchik resort, in particular, its functional profile and a program for the development of the resort area, as well as a conceptual design for the resort territory with an area of ​​363 hectares, including the Resort Park and the spa area.
