At the large-scale exhibition-forum “Russia” held in the Expo pavilion at VDNKh is presented Kabardino-Balkarian Republic. As part of the business program of the exhibition RTDA head of the urban planning studio and the project chief architect Ivan Astafurov presented the master plan for territory development of Nalchik federal resort. Following the report, listeners asked questions about the differences between the master plan and the general plan, further prospects for the development of the resort area in Nalchik and the possible timing of master plan implementation, as well as how separated functional zones in the Resort Park were selected.

For us, as urban planners, is important to note that our project continues living and developing process: at the current stage various investors already take part in some individual objects, and young local architects, interested in the further development of the territory of their hometown, take up the baton in terms of implementing project solutions.
