An independent jury announced the finalists of the Ernst & Young Business Women 2020 Competition. RTDA General Director Marina Lepeshkina was among the finalists. Noteworthy is that this year 111 women participated in the competition, this is by far a record number of applicants. In total, the businesswomen entering the Competition created more than 146,000 jobs in Russia. The program “Business Women”, which EY has been conducting in Russia since 2013, is aimed at supporting female entrepreneurship, expanding career opportunities among women and increasing their professional literacy.
