We would like to share with you truly wonderful news: our project has won the bronze of the international A Design Award & Competition 2023! We are very proud of our Lagonaki all-season mountain eco-resort development concept – beautiful and very special project. It was important for us to work in a careful way with the ancient culture of the region (Republic of Adygea), its legends, image traditional patterns on the facades and interiors of architectural solutions, and advantageously emphasize a completely unique nature of this area with its mountain views and relict trees.

The project focuses on the private location of hotels and apartments in respect with maximum view openings not only from rooms equipped with terraces, but also from public areas accessible to all guests of the eco-resort.

The RTDA team has done a tremendous work, so we sincerely congratulate everyone involved in Lagonaki project with this well-deserved award!
